Presented here is a F.P.Journe Chronometre bleu from the first production year (2009)
The watch un completely untouched, never polished and not serviced yet (on request by purchaser) Unfortunately the original box and papers have been misplaced but the watch comes with a F.P.Journe Souveraine box and an original certificate from and signed by F.P.Journe.
An email from F.P.Journe also confirms the watch has not been reported stolen.
The watch was sold by an official F.P. Journe Dealer in Italy in 2009. (confirmed by F.P. Journe)
What makes this one so special? The production number.
The number on the watch is under 50, which means its one of the first 50 Chronometre blue ever produced. A historical piece for the brand.
The watch has no dents or deep scratches, very good unpolished condition and still has the original blue strap on it that is also in good condition.One of the most interesting, and compelling, aspects of an F.P. Journe wristwatch is that the entire movement of every piece is made of solid 18k rose gold. What is most impressive about F.P. Journe is its level of production. Its roughly 800 watches per year are completely manufactured in its downtown Geneva headquarters, from top to bottom.
